What SiteWidgetKit is
SiteWidgetKit builds free, lightweight website widgets that site owners can add to their pages with a simple copy-paste. Each widget is self-contained, runs in the visitor's browser, and does not require an account, subscription, or integration setup.
The current widget set includes calculators, countdowns, contact buttons, embed generators, review badges, booking CTAs, announcement bars, FAQ accordions, polls, weather cards, opening hours, pricing tables, and before-and-after sliders. We continue to add new widgets based on what site owners tell us would be most useful.
Why we built it
Most tools that make a website more interactive — calculators, forms, polls, booking widgets — either require a subscription, collect visitor data, or lock you into a platform. We wanted something different: useful widgets that open instantly, customise easily, and give you full control over where and how they appear.
SiteWidgetKit is a small UK project built by people who have spent years building and maintaining websites and who kept hitting the same friction: embedding a simple tool should not mean signing up for a SaaS platform.
How it works
Free to use, with attribution
All widgets are free to use and include a visible powered-by link to SiteWidgetKit. This attribution helps more site owners discover the tools. If you prefer to use a widget without attribution, you can contact us about removing attribution for a small fee.
We do not store your widget configuration data on our servers, we do not collect your visitors' data through the widgets, and there is no account to manage. You are in control of your site.

What we are not
- Not a SaaS platform. No accounts, no dashboards, no vendor lock-in. You own your embed code. If you stop using a widget, just remove the code from your page.
- Not a data collector. Widgets run in your visitors' browsers. We do not collect, store or process widget input data on our servers.
- Not a design tool. Widgets are functional tools, not design frameworks. They work within your existing site design.
